Offshore cable installation on new or brown field assets. Windworks use Innovative installation methods using cable pushers, feeders and winches,
either Atex air or hydraulically driven depending on application. Our standard units can accommodate cables from 16mm to 66mm and will feed
at forces in excess of 4000N. Fully trained offshore operators are available to use specialist equipment with OPITO standards training.
Using Windworks equipment and systems savings of at least 40% labour can be achieved. Added advantages are less manual labour,
more productive hours, less repetitive strain type injuries & better quality installations.
Windworks can send pushers, rollers and accessories worldwide to work with client’s staff installing cables in the harshest environments worldwide.
Operations can be in parallel with your own operators using Windworks systems, equipment & expertise. Most equipment can be put into flight cases,
dispatched the same day as the operator.
Windworks can help with the development of work packs, method statements and risk assessment from the most complicated to small repetitive cables.
